Elon Musk is looking for investors to purchase shares of Twitter for the same price he did.

The sum Musk paid for the social media behemoth in order to purchase new Twitter shares will be $54.20.
These days, neither Twitter nor its new owner are doing well. There are legal issues, including a potential class-action lawsuit over how owner Elon Musk handled layoffs, a steady exodus of customers, unpaid rent and other costs, and disappearing advertisers, in addition to these problems. Not to mention Tesla shareholders who have tweeted their displeasure about Musk’s excessive time spent, well, tweeting.
